Aliwal Arts Centre will be managed by The Old Parliament House Ltd, which also manages Goodman Arts Centre, The Arts House, Sculpture Square, Artrium@MCI, and the Little Arts Academy. 


Aliwal Arts Centre, located at the former Chong Cheng and Chong Pun schools at 28 Aliwal Street, is a multi-disciplinary arts centre with a strong focus on performing arts. It offers a conducive environment to support the artistic development of both contemporary and traditional arts groups, drawing inspiration from the rich Kampong Glam cultural heritage. Aliwal Arts Centre brings together the arts community, enthusiasts and the general public to explore and experience new frontiers in performing arts.

Have you always wanted to get feedback on your comic? Not just from friends and families but from established local artists? Then Literary Talkback! is for you! 

Literary Talkback! aims to provide budding artists (such as yourselves) feedback from the general public and from an acclaimed line up of panelist (Jerry Hinds, Sonny Liew and Iskander) on your piece of work that is waiting to see its day on the stage. Not only will you attain invaluable pointers from our panelists, network opportunities with like-minded individuals abound!
